Your personal information will solely be used to complete your transaction, and will not be disclosed to any other party. We endeavour to respect the privacy of all our customers.
The item needs to be in the original condition for a refund to be granted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from receiving it, at your own expense. Rain Puddle Paintings® will happily exchange the item or offer a refund for the purchase price, crediting your original payment method (excludes shipping/postage costs). We are unable to exchange or refund any commissioned artwork, as it is created to order- therefore, please order carefully!
Our website has aimed at portraying the closest colours possible to our product, however due to variations in computer monitors and printers, the colours of Rain Puddle Paintings® prints may vary slightly from what you view on screen.
All orders are attended to daily, however if there is a delay, due to unavailability of stock you will be notified within one business day from receipt of order. Please note that Rain Puddle Paintings ® will not be held liable for any postage delays incurred by Australia Post, such as peak period delays. Delivery within Australia takes up to 2 working weeks, by registered post. Customers ordering original works will be advised of delivery and postage costs at the time of the quote.
